Can I withdraw profit in USD?
Yes, you can withdraw your profit from mining in USD. To do this enter the Balance section and click the Exchange button. There you can exchange your currency to USD. Minimal amount for exchange is 0.1$. Please note that the commission for the exchange is 5%.
How much will I receive from the invested funds?
Daily income is from 1.2% to 8% DAILY!. The amount of income depends on the hashrate of the miner. The profitability table can be found in the Marketing section. Also you can calculate your profit by going to the Calculator section.
What is the minimum withdrawal and deposit amount?
Minimum withdrawal amount is USD 1.00.
Minimum deposit amount: USD 10.00
How can I make a deposit?
If you want to make a deposit you need to enter the "Balance" section. Next click the "Replenish" button, select the payment system, enter the amount of the replenishment and click "Deposit". While depositing funds in USD the site of the payment system will be opened and you will need to make a payment. If you want to make a deposit in crypto currency the wallet will be generated for making a deposit in crypto currency. It is necessary to deposit the specified amount to this wallet within 60 minutes. Please note that deposits in the crypto currency are credited after 3 confirmations in the network. We can’t influence the speed of confirmation. For each new deposit you need to generate a new wallet.
Why my deposit does not bring a profit / does not increase my hashrate?
In order for your deposit to start making you profit you need to make a purchase of power and turn on the mining.
Purchasing of power
To buy power you need to enter the "Buy the power" section. Choose the mining algorithm (note that for each algorithm it is immediately provided a list of crypto currencies which you can mine on it). Then you need to make 3 simple steps: select the currency for purchasing the power, specify the amount of the investment and press "Buy the power" button.
Mining and everything about it
In order to start mining on our project you need to enter the "Mining" section, choose the mining algorithm and the desired crypto currency. To start the mining of the selected currency you need to move the slider from left to right thereby setting the % of power which you want to use to mine this currency. You can add several currencies for mining at once and distribute the power at your discretion. The speed of mining depends on your hashrate.
What is the lifetime of the contract for the purchased power?
The power which you purchase works on an unlimited basis.
Can I sell my power (Gh/s Mh/s)?
No, the sale of power is not provided.
How quickly requests for withdrawal of funds are processed?
Requests for withdrawal of funds are processed manually. The waiting time depends on the number of requests which are received. The average processing time takes several hours. During high load times the waiting time can be increased up to 48 hours.
What should I do if I indicated the wrong wallet number when withdrawing funds?
If your withdrawal request is in "processing" mode contact the support service to cancel your request. If your request has already been "processed" and you had specified an incorrect (but valid) wallet number it will not be possible to cancel it because the funds were transferred. In the event that you specify a non-existent wallet number the funds will be returned to the balance of your account.
Is it possible to purchase power spending the funds earned through the mining?
Yes, the minimum purchase for algorithms: SHA-256 is 1000 Gh/s, Ethash - 10 Mh/s, Scrypt - 40 Mh/s.
Is it possible to exchange the purchased power of one algorithm for another?
No, this is impossible. Please be careful when buying power.
How does the affiliate program work?
The project has a 3-level affiliate program. Referral reward occurs in the form of funds spent on purchasing power by your referrals. The reward is 7% of the purchase of power by referrals of the 1st level, 2% of the purchase of power by referrals of the 2nd level and 1% of the purchase of power by referrals of the 3rd level.
Is it necessary to be "online" on the site in order to work the mining?
No. Generation of new coins takes place on our equipment. The accrual of profits continues 24/7 regardless of whether your computer is turned on or not.
What if you forgot your password?
